At my internship at Bricktop Custom Apparel and Design, there is only me and the owner of the company Adam Mizell. It is just the two of us working from his home office where we meet once a week to go over new projects and because of that I feel like there is a more laid back atmosphere.
Adam is a pretty chill guy who is constantly cracking jokes, but he is also always focused on the job at hand. There is a nice balance between the two. This balance allows for a more relaxed and comfortable working environment. The music that is always playing in the background also allows for this as well.
I am not a person that talks very much while I am working, but his personality allows me to believe that I could talk to him about anything that comes to mind. That any thought that comes to my head it not too ridiculous to say out loud.
